Refund and Returns Policy

Love Luma is a print-on-demand and custom-made brand, which means every product is created especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality or fulfillment errors.

That said, your satisfaction truly matters to us, and we’re always happy to help when something goes wrong on our end.


❌ Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

  • Spelling mistakes, incorrect text, or engraving details provided by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

Please double-check all sizing, spelling, personalization, and shipping details before placing your order.


✅ Issues We’ll Gladly Fix (Our Responsibility)

If there is an issue due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect, we will gladly resolve it at no additional cost to you.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Printing or engraving defects

  • Receiving the wrong product, color, design, card, or engraving

  • Quality issues (such as broken clasps or faulty components)

In these cases, we will remake and resend your item, or issue a refund when appropriate.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you experience an issue covered above, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@loveluma.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

If multiple items with the same design are affected, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.
There is no need to return defective or damaged products.
